   We confirm receipt

   We reply to confirm your order and ask about anything that's missing. The 2-working-day clock starts once we have your payment and details.

2. Research and drafting

   Public research, with AI assistance

   Our AI delivery system reviews your public profile, website and directory listings and 3 local rivals, then writes every recommendation, with a log of what it checked.

3. Within 2 working days

   Your pack arrives by email

   You get a PDF and an editable copy: scorecard, rewrites, post drafts, a review toolkit and an action plan.

4. For 14 days afterwards

   Questions answered

   Reply to the delivery email with any questions about the pack.

What we'll need from you

• Your business name, exactly as customers know it
• A link to your Google Business Profile, or your exact trading name and postcode
• Your website, if you have one
• Your main trade, and the jobs you most want more of
• The towns or postcode areas you cover
• Optional: up to 3 local competitors you'd like compared

What happens after you pay

   We confirm your order and suggest competitors if you didn't name any. The clock starts once we have payment and your store URL.

2. Research and drafting

   Public-page review

   We compare your store's public pages with 1–3 competitors on desktop and mobile. We never log in to your admin.

3. Within 2 working days

   Your teardown arrives by email

   A PDF plus an editable copy, covering five sections and five fixes ranked by impact and effort.

4. For 14 days afterwards

   Questions answered

   Reply with any questions about the findings.

What we'll need from you

• Your store URL
• Optional: 1–3 competitor stores (if you don't have any in mind, we'll suggest some)
• Your main goal: more conversions, higher order value, a clearer offer or more trust
• Anything useful, such as best sellers, target market or recent changes

What happens after you pay

1. Before you pay

   Free scope check

   Email us what you'd like automated. Within 1 working day we'll confirm whether it fits, which tier it needs and any third-party costs, such as SMS fees.

2. Within 3 working days of payment

   Discovery notes and blueprint

   A written step-by-step plan for the flow, with the wording and a checklist of the credentials you'll need to create.

3. Within 10 working days of approval and access

   Built, tested and handed over

   We build it in your own account, run the agreed test cases, send you the results to check, and send handover notes explaining how to pause, edit and export it.

4. For 14 days after handover

   Bug fixes included

   If the flow we built doesn't work as agreed, we fix it at no extra cost.

What we'll need from you

• The job you want automated, and what triggers it today
• The tools you already use (email, Sheets, CRM, n8n, Make, Zapier, SMS provider)
• Who should get notifications, and the wording you're comfortable with
• Later, once you approve the blueprint: API keys or limited access that you create in your own accounts

What happens after you pay

   We confirm receipt

   We confirm your order and ask about anything missing. The delivery clock starts once we have your payment and details.

2. Within 5 / 7 / 3 working days

   Private preview

   Starter website: 5 working days. Website + chatbot: 7. Chatbot for your existing site: 3 (a private test page).

3. Revisions

   2 rounds (3 in the bundle)

   Each round is returned within 2 working days.

4. On approval

   Balance, then go-live

   Pay the balance (if you paid a deposit) and we go live within 1 working day of DNS access. For chatbots, you paste one snippet or we send exact steps.

5. For 30 days after launch

   Fixes included

   Anything that doesn't work as agreed is fixed at no cost.

What we'll need from you

• Which package you've chosen, and whether you paid the deposit or in full
• Your business name and Google Business Profile link (or trading name and postcode)
• Your current website and domain, if you have them
• Your services (with prices if you publish them), areas covered and opening hours
• The email address that form enquiries and chatbot leads should go to
• Your logo and any photos (or we'll use clearly labelled free-licence stock photos)
• For chatbots: your common questions and answers, and your booking link if you have one

What happens after you pay

1. Within 1 working day

   We confirm and send the DPA

   We confirm your order, ask about anything missing and send the Data Processing Agreement. The clock starts once we have your payment, your details and the signed DPA.

2. Within 3 working days

   Pilot live

   Web chat on a test page or your site, missed-call text-back, and voice cover for out-of-hours or overflow calls on a forwarded line.

3. Days 1–14

   Tune and report

   Our AI delivery system reviews transcripts every day and fixes wording. Up to 300 call minutes and 150 texts are included (fair use). If the service is down for part of the pilot, we extend it by the time lost. At the end you get a report: calls handled, requests captured and urgent items flagged.

4. If you continue within 30 days of the pilot ending

   Full setup within 7 working days

   Pay the setup fee minus the £395 you paid for the pilot. We set up your number, voice and final scripts, all signed off by you.

5. Every month after go-live

   Monthly fee, invoiced separately

   £149 or £349 a month, invoiced separately each month. It's rolling, with 30 days' notice to cancel.

What we'll need from you

• Which option you've paid for, and your PayPal name or transaction ID
• Practice name, website and town
• Your practice software (Dentally, SOE Exact, R4, Pearl or other) and your online booking link, if you have one
• Opening hours (including lunch closures), and the prices, NHS status and FAQs the assistant may use
• Your emergency rules: who takes urgent calls in hours, and whether calls can be transferred
• The email address for booking requests and daily summaries
• Your phone provider, so we can check call forwarding
• The name and email of the person who will sign the Data Processing Agreement
