Private preview
You get a private preview link to click through on your phone. For chatbots, a test page where you can try to catch it out.

Fixes included
Anything that doesn't work as agreed is fixed at no cost. After that, the Care plan or a fixed quote covers changes.
Running costs, and how we keep them low
These are the only costs outside our fixed price. You pay any of them directly to the provider, in your name, and we list them in writing before you pay us.

- Write or display fake reviews, testimonials, client logos or made-up stats on your site
- Pass off stock photos as your team or your work (we label them, or use your own photos)
- Let the chatbot invent prices, promises or advice. It only answers from content you approve
- Ask for your passwords. You add a DNS record or invite us with limited access you can remove at any time
- Lock you in. You get the files, and the hosting account is yours
On-time guarantee. If your private preview isn't ready within 5 working days (Starter), 7 working days (website + chatbot) or 3 working days (chatbot only) of us receiving your payment and details, email us and we'll refund everything you've paid. If the preview doesn't match the agreed brief and we can't fix it within your revision rounds, we refund your deposit in full. Read the refund policy.

FAQ
Websites & chatbots: common questions
How can you build a website in 5 working days?
We use a tested build-and-deploy pipeline (the same one behind this site) and fixed page structures, and AI tools help us draft copy quickly. A person reviews everything, and you approve the preview before anything goes live.
Is the chatbot real AI, and can it make things up?
The bot you get uses a language model, but it is set up to answer only from a knowledge file you approve: your services, prices, areas, hours and FAQs. If a question isn't covered, it says so and offers to take a message. It tells visitors it's an automated assistant. The live demo on this page works exactly like that, for a fictional firm, and there's a scripted version as a backup when the demo's daily cap is reached.
What does the chatbot cost to run?
Typically £0–£5 a month in AI usage for a small business, paid directly to the provider, with a spending cap you set. Many small businesses stay within Cloudflare Workers AI's free daily allowance. The optional Care plan (£39/month) covers knowledge updates and small edits, not the provider's usage fees.
Can I edit the website myself?
These are fast static sites without a drag-and-drop editor. Small changes are free by email for 30 days after launch, then covered by the Care plan or a fixed quote. If you want to edit pages daily yourself, a Wix or Squarespace plan may suit you better, and we'll say so in the fit check.
Why a 50% deposit?
It lets you see a working preview before paying the rest. You pay the balance only when you approve it, and nothing goes live on your domain until then. You can also pay in full upfront if you prefer.
What if I don't like the preview?
Your revision rounds are there for exactly that. If the preview doesn't match the brief we agreed and we can't put it right within those rounds, we refund your deposit in full. If you simply decide not to go ahead, you don't pay the balance. The refund policy has the details.
Do you have examples of client websites?
Not for this new package yet, and we won't invent any. The site you're reading is our own work, built and deployed with the same pipeline, and the wider Workrush team has delivered 150+ app and web projects (see workrush.co.uk).
Who owns the website and chatbot?
You do, once the balance is paid. The site is hosted in an account in your name, the domain is registered to you, and you get a copy of the files. The chatbot's knowledge file and settings are yours too.
Is the chatbot GDPR-friendly?
It only asks for what's needed to reply (name, contact details and the job), shows a short privacy notice, and sends leads to you. You're the data controller for your customers' data. We set chat logs to be deleted automatically after a period you choose, and we supply wording for your privacy page.
