Frequently asked
Is this a ranking guarantee?
No. We improve the things Google says it looks at: relevance, completeness, activity and reviews. Rankings also depend on proximity and competition, which nobody controls.
Do you need my Google password or manager access?
No. We work from what's publicly visible. You paste in the changes, so you stay in full control.
Some profile details aren't public. How do you handle that?
Where a detail is only visible inside Google Maps or your dashboard, the pack says so clearly and tells you what to check. We never present a guess as fact. You can see this in the sample's source log.
Is AI used?
Yes, for research summaries and first drafts. A person reviews and edits everything, and every pack includes an AI disclosure.
Can you do the monthly posts and replies for me?
Yes, as an optional add-on after the pack, for £129–£199 per month depending on the scope agreed in writing. There's no lock-in, and it's never required.
What if I'm not happy with it?
If anything listed above is missing or not done with reasonable care, tell us within 14 days. We'll fix it within 2 working days, or refund you.
