Who we are
“Workrush”, “we” and “us” refer to Workrush, a trading name of a business registered in India. Registered address: 23, Mahagun Complex, Sector 78, Noida, 201301, UP, India. UK address: 15 Wood Street, London, KT1 1TY, UK. Email: connect@workrush.co.uk.

What we collect
- What you send us: your name, email address, business name, website or profile links and any message content, when you email us or use the contact form (which opens your own email app).
- Order details: your PayPal name, email and transaction ID, taken from PayPal's payment notification. We never see your card details.
- Business information: publicly available information about your business and competitors, used to prepare your deliverable.
- Automation projects: the minimum account and configuration details needed to build your flow. Your customers' data stays in your own tools.
- Website and chatbot projects: the content, logos and photos you send us to build your site. Enquiries and chat conversations from your customers go to you and are stored in accounts you own. You are their controller, and we only access them when you ask us to, for example to fix a problem.
This website
This website doesn't use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and it has no server-side forms. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads. See Google's privacy policy. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may keep standard server logs for security.
Cookieless analytics
We use our own first-party, cookieless analytics to understand which pages are useful and whether our emails and posts are worth sending. When you visit, we record the page you viewed, clicks on key links and buttons (for example “Get started”, PayPal, email links and the contact form's send button, but never what you type), whether someone used the chatbot demo on our website (never what they typed, which stays in the browser), the website that referred you, your approximate country, your device type (mobile or desktop) and, if you arrived from one of our emails or posts, the campaign and reference code in the link. A reference code in an email link can identify which business we emailed, so if you open that link we may know that someone at that business visited.
We don't use cookies and we don't store your IP address. To count unique visitors, we create a one-way code from your IP address, browser type and the date, mixed with a secret value. The code changes every day and can't be turned back into your IP address. Your browser keeps the campaign or reference code in session storage until you close the tab, so later pages in the same visit are counted correctly. This data is stored with Cloudflare (our hosting provider), used only by Workrush, never sold or shared for advertising, and deleted after 12 months. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: understanding whether our website and outreach work.
We don't record anything if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. You can also turn analytics off in this browser: (this saves a small “opted out” note in your browser's local storage).
Why we use it (lawful bases)
- To perform our contract with you: delivering your order, communicating about it and handling refunds.
- Legitimate interests: answering enquiries, keeping business records and improving our services.
- Legal obligation: tax and accounting records.
We don't sell your data or send marketing emails unless you've asked for them.
Who we share it with
- PayPal, to process payments.
- Our email provider, to send and receive messages.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores our cookieless analytics data on our behalf.
- AI tools used for research and drafting. We only share what's needed for your order, and we don't put your customers' personal data into AI tools unless your automation needs it.
- Automation platforms you choose, such as n8n, Make or Zapier, under your own account.
International transfers
Workrush operates from the UK and India, and some of our providers are based in other countries. Where personal data leaves the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails that don't lead to an order for up to 12 months. We delete website analytics records after 12 months. We keep order records and deliverables for 6 years for accounting and tax purposes, unless you ask us to delete deliverables sooner and we're not legally required to keep them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. Email connect@workrush.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
