1. Who we are
“Workrush”, “we” and “us” refer to Workrush, a trading name of a business registered in India. Registered address: 23, Mahagun Complex, Sector 78, Noida, 201301, UP, India. UK address: 15 Wood Street, London, KT1 1TY, UK. Email: connect@workrush.co.uk.
2. These terms
These terms apply to every order placed with Workrush. The service page, the order page and, for AI Ops Starter, the scope we confirm by email together describe what you're buying. If something here conflicts with a written scope we've agreed with you, the written scope applies.
3. Orders and payment
- Prices are fixed, shown in GBP and payable upfront through PayPal (paypal.me/wokrush).
- A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email after receiving payment. If we can't take on an order, for example because it's outside our scope, we refund you in full.
- For AI Ops Starter, we confirm the tier and scope in writing before you pay.
- Website and chatbot packages can be paid in full or with a 50% deposit. The balance is due when you approve the private preview, and we publish the site or bot only once it has been paid in full.
- Third-party running costs, such as a domain name, a paid booking tool or chatbot AI usage, are paid by you directly to the provider. We list them in writing before you pay.
4. Delivery
Delivery windows are shown on each service page and in our Refund policy. They start once we have your payment and the information we asked for. Deliverables are sent by email. Automations are built in your own accounts.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and tell us about anything that might affect the work.
- Make any changes to your Google Business Profile, store or accounts yourself. We don't need, and won't ask for, your passwords.
- For automations: create your own credentials, comply with the terms of the platforms you use, and act as the data controller for any personal data the flow processes. That includes having a lawful basis for sending messages.
- Follow Google's and Shopify's policies when acting on our recommendations.
- For websites and chatbots: supply content, logos and photos you have the right to use, register your domain in your own name, check the facts in the copy and chatbot knowledge file before you approve them, and act as the data controller for enquiries and chat conversations from your customers.
6. Use of AI
We use AI tools to help with research, drafting and workflow design. A person reviews every deliverable before it's sent. We don't use AI to create fake reviews, fake engagement or spam. We only put the information needed for your order into AI tools, and we don't put your customers' personal data into them unless the automation you've asked for needs it.
7. What we don't guarantee
We guarantee to deliver the listed work, on time and with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee search rankings, map-pack positions, call or lead volumes, traffic, conversion rates, revenue or reviews. These depend on factors outside anyone's control, including Google's and other platforms' decisions.
8. Ownership
Once you've paid, the deliverables are yours to use, edit and share within your business. Automations built in your accounts belong to you. Websites and chatbots, including their files, copy and knowledge files, are yours once the full price has been paid. We keep the right to reuse our general methods, templates and know-how. We won't publish your business's details or deliverables as a case study without your written permission.
9. Confidentiality
We keep any non-public information you share with us confidential and only use it to deliver your order. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit, business or opportunity. If you're a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
11. Cancellations and refunds
See Refunds & guarantee. That policy forms part of these terms.
12. Complaints
If something goes wrong, email connect@workrush.co.uk. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 1 working day and aim to resolve it within 5 working days.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you can also rely on the mandatory consumer laws where you live and bring proceedings in your local courts.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you paid.
